House rules
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking in and out
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- Checkout before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock
During your stay
- 6 guests maximum
- Pets allowed. Please disclose them when booking so we can arrange a proper deep cleaning after your stay
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- Smoking allowed outdoors only. A $250 fee applies for smoking indoors
Accurate guest count
- Please book for the exact number of guests staying: if 4 guests will stay, the reservation must be made for 4 guests.
- Booking for the wrong number of guests may result in additional charges, penalties, or cancellation of your reservation.
Before you leave
- Gather used towels
- Throw trash away
- Turn things off
- Return keys
- Lock up
Additional requests
- BBQ: if you used the BBQ, please clean it a bit after use
- Fire pit: close the propane tank if you used the fire pit
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation for 24 hours after booking: you get back 100% of what you paid.
After that, the reservation is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are welcome, with a $50 fee per pet, per stay.
Pets must be disclosed when booking so we can arrange a proper deep cleaning after your stay.

Terms of booking
By booking you agree to the house rules, pet rules and cancellation policy above.
Card bookings are confirmed as soon as payment goes through. Requests paid another way are held but not confirmed until payment is received.
Privacy
We collect your name, email and phone number to manage your booking, and store them in our property management system (Guesty). Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch or get stored on this website. We don't sell your data.
